it was big apartment with very big balacony.

the toilet was just (1).

Newly furbished, good parking facility, proximity to center (10 minutes walk), accros the street from convenience store open until 2am, great value for money, small but fully equiped kitchenette with brand new equipment( microwave oven, dishwasher, hot plate), the apartment looked great, for the price!

Reception closes at 8 pm (however staff is very helpfull in case you anounce that you will arive late) no beech, no restaurant...(but im just beeing picky)

The hotel staff was excellent, especialy Corinne ! Any request received very good treatment and it felt just like at home. The hotel is in the center of Cannes and easy to reach and find. The apartments are new, spacious and pleasant, clean and tidy.

There were a few things that bothered us and can be fixed easily - the main street noises pass to the room (even at night), the curtains of the windows are not dark enough and the day light gets in after the sun shine, not enough kitchenware.

Mrs Corrine , the manager of the appartments is a very nice lady, very helpfull, eager to solve the promblems and friendly. Possitive parameter for the bussiness.

Very dirty room the 1st experience, unfuctioning parking garage -narrow roof and very steep entrance- actually not possible to get out with diesel car or Jeep (some crashed), prefer the outside parking. . Jaccuzzi didn't work, Spartian kitchen utencils, not possible to cook. Wi-Fi didn't work at all, laptop or i-phone neither. We stayed 3 days out of 7 we had booked.

The staff is extremely friendly. Waited after hours for our arrival. The studio room design is contemporary, big and good. Have private packing behind

The location is perfect and the family suits were amazing. In addition the staff was really cool. I´d recommend this hotel.

Excellent reception staff. Friendly efficient courteous helpful. Beautiful room overlooking main avenue. Excellent if you love the French street atmosphere but a little noisy with windows open. Very easy to find from sncf station. Will definitely go back again and will recommend to friends.

The second time in Villa Carnot.The staff is fantastic.a place to return

I like a lot modern design of the apartments, spacious rooms and closeness to the Palace of Festivals. It's very light due to 2 big windows and the 5th floor. The bed is large and extremely comfortable. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. The bus stop (to go to the airport) is 200 metros far from the entrance.

1. The windows face the Carnot Boulevard which is a bit noisy if you want to switch off air-conditioner and open the window. 2. Could not switch to the internet through the iPhone. 3. There was no iron in the room.

Very well situated. Our room was nicely equiped, clean and very comfortable. Although we arrived late and the reception was closed, the instructions they gave us via e-mail were very detailed and we had no problem. The staff was really polite. If I were to visit Cannes again I would definitely choose "La Villa Carnot"

The apartment was modern, well equipped. Service was good. Housekeeping could be better - cleaning was not thorough enough for my living but it was satisfactory overall.

The tv had only French channels - some Engligh channels would have been nice.
